Having accrued more than 45 years of professional experience in law, Jeffrey S. Lynch has excelled as an attorney for the Lynch Law Firm in Dallas, Texas since 1992, where he specializes in civil litigation. Prior, he gained earlier experience as a partner at Gardere & Wynne from 1988 to 1992 and as an associate turned partner at Vial, Hamilton, Koch & Knox from 1975 to 1988, where he had also been a member of the management committee and the head of attorney recruiting. Additionally, he offered his expertise as an adjunct professor and trial advocacy practitioner at the Southern Methodist University School of Law from 1985 to 1995. In his first positions, Mr. Lynch was an associate at Maloney, Milner & McDowell in 1975, as well as an instructor of legal writing at Southern Methodist University from 1975 to 1977.
Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas, the Texas Board of Legal Specialization certified Mr. Lynch in civil trial and personal injury trial law in 1980. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, U.S. Court of Claims, U.S. Tax Court, U.S Supreme Court, U.S. District Courts for the Easton and Western Districts of Arkansas and all U.S. District Courts for Texas. Notably, Mr. Lynch was inducted into the Multi-Million Dollar Lawyers Group in 2020 and was named to Outstanding Young Men of American in 1979. He considers one of his greatest accomplishments to have been raising upwards of $250,000 for Ryan’s House, a pediatric AIDS center, in 1998.
A gifted high school athlete, Mr. Lynch attended the University of Notre Dame in Indiana on an athletic scholarship for baseball. In his search for what profession to pursue, he discovered the legal industry was on the same level as competitive athletics, as a lawyer always wants to be on the winning side within the bounds of the law. Likewise, he was influenced by watching “Perry Mason” as a child, remembering the valiant efforts of the lawyers to help everyday people. Upon earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in 1971, Mr. Lynch went on to achieve a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1975.
